About Broken Arrow Family Drug
After moving to Broken Arrow in 1994, Todd and Andi Pendergraft opened the pharmacy as a franchise location for a major pharmacy chain in 2000. The store was renamed in December 2008, and is now a member of the Good Neighbor Pharmacy system – a system of over 5,000 independently-owned pharmacies. Good Neighbor Pharmacies provide the competitive pricing and purchasing of a large chain drug store, with the service and attention of a family pharmacy.
In December 2012, the business expanded, opening
Broken Arrow Family Drug North.
The Broken Arrow Family Drug stores provide the same services available in chain drug stores, including insurance billing. A covered, two-lane drive-thru is available at our south Elm location. The stores set themselves apart by the number and quality of services offered. We provide free home delivery, bubble packaging of medications, and charge accounts for patients in nursing homes and assisted living centers.
We are well known for carrying unusual items not found in the chain stores, such as specialty first-aid supplies, durable medical equipment, compression stockings, orthopedic braces, bathtub railings, rehabilitation supplies and more. Broken Arrow Family Drug stores are well-known for their friendly staff and outstanding customer service. Patients are more like family, and new patients are amazed at our staff’s ability to recognize and acknowledge them by name.
